£40,000 to £45,000 Northampton + travel to suppliers / exhibitions (twice a week) Global travel - to deliver luxury activations
Join a marketing agency to take lead on the delivery of high profile events, brand activations, Pop-Ups and exhibitions for a globally recognised brands.
This is a dedicated senior role focused on quality, consistency and delivery. You will act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brand standards.
This opportunity suits highly organised Project Managers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves when it comes to building displays, briefing and visiting manufacturers of props and enjoys partnering huge brands to deliver exhibition builds that brings brands to life through interactive, memorable experiences

This role will involve hands on delivery, supplier management and client ownership and overseeing and helping with the build of events and exhibitions within fast paced, live environments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end to end delivery of events and exhibition projects
- Act as the senior client contact and first point of escalation
- Coordinate suppliers, production partners and installation schedules
- Manage budgets, spend and margin with strong commercial awareness
- Ensure quality control across all stages of delivery
- Support and guide Project Managers where required
- Manage timelines, risk and problem solving under pressure
About you
- Proven experience as an Events and Exhibitions Manager / Project Manager for an Event Agency / Hands on Brand Manager who oversees Exhibitions in person
- Background in events, exhibitions, experiential, retail, production, print or display environments
- Strong client facing and stakeholder management experience
- Confident managing suppliers, logistics and installations
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast paced, deadline driven environments
- Confident managing budgets and costing event / exhibition projects
