Brand Ambassador – In-Store Sampler (Food & Alcohol)
We're recruiting confident Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in-store sampling and branded experiences for leading food and alcohol brands.

Role Details
- Job Title: Brand Ambassador – In-Store Sampler (Food & Alcohol)
- Team: Retail Sampling & Branded Events Team
- Rate: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + incentives
- Contract: Zero Hours
- Days: Shifts are ad-hoc (Thursday–Sunday) during peak retail hours
- Shift Timings: 10:30am – 3:30pm or 12 – 5pm
- Location: Barnett Way, Barnwood, Gloucester GL4 3RT
Your Mission as a Retail Sampler
As the face of our premium clients, you will:
- Engage Shoppers – Offer product samples and confidently promote food, drink, and alcohol products
- Drive Sales – Use excellent product knowledge and communication to increase in-store sales
- Create Memorable Interactions – Represent premium brands while delivering fun, professional customer experiences

What We Offer
- Consistent Pay: Secure hourly rate of £14.34 + incentive rewards

- Support: Comprehensive training, including a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
Our Requirements
- Confident, outgoing communicators
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable sampling alcohol where required
- Experience in Promotions, Retail, Hospitality, Events, or Customer Service (helpful but not essential)
