Field Brand Ambassador
Represent Mondelez in Your Territory
- Role: Field-Based
- Hours: 24 Hours per Week
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £15,862.08 per annum (£12.71/hour) with up to 15% quarterly bonus
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): up to £18,241 per annum
- Territory: Evesham, Great Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ross-on-Wye and surrounds
About the Role Smollan is seeking a confident and proactive, field-based professional to champion some of the UK’s favourite Mondelez brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts.
In this Field Brand Ambassador position, you will combine strong merchandising, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to maximise product visibility, availability, and compliance in-store. Working independently, you’ll engage with store managers and retail colleagues to drive impactful results.

- Build trusted partnerships with stores to support promotional activity and compliance
- Execute planograms and high-performing displays
- Drive compliance and sales opportunities through insightful invaluable support
- Deliver exceptional in-store merchandising outcomes
Responsibilities
Building Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with store managers and colleagues
- Utilise effective communication and negotiation techniques to secure buy-in for merchandising initiatives
- Act as the brand ambassador for Mondelez in your territory

Delivering In-Store Excellence
- Implement planograms and execute merchandising plans
- Create visually striking displays and promotional features
- Ensure product availability and visibility for shoppers
Driving Performance
- Identify opportunities to improve compliance and availability
- Use store data to maximise sales potential
- Support achievement of territory objectives through excellence in execution
Requirements
- Experience: Merchandising, retail, customer service, or a similar field-based role
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Confidence in influencing and negotiating with retailers
- Proactive approach with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and self-manage a territory
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
