Brand Ambassador

The Opportunity

Working with one of the world’s largest credit card providers to fulfil a key field sales and marketing function within their wider merchant engagement program. The client activity is primarily focused on increasing their engagement points across a wide range of businesses across the UK.

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Brand Ambassadors (BA’s) to visit retail stores across a designated territory as part of the merchant engagement program. Your focus in the visits will be to:

  • Promote the key features and benefits of working with our client,
  • Ensure their payment terminal is working correctly,
  • Facilitate the placement of point-of-sales materials,
  • Activate campaigns designed to support and grow businesses by increasing customer footfall, frequency of visits and sales.

  • The confidence to build relationships,
  • A natural ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels,

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building positive relationships with retailers to promote our client’s business and ensuring they understand the key features and benefits of:

    • How working with our client can help their business both in terms of:
      • Sales
      • Customer footfall.
  • Planning and preparing your diary to:

    • Maximise visits
    • Optimise time effectively.
  • Supporting business owners to address any issues they may have with accepting our client’s services.

  • Effectively communicating your visit objectives and the purpose of your call.

  • Executing your visit in line with our Perfect Visit program.

  • Ensuring all point-of-sale items are effectively displayed to maximise:

    • End user brand awareness
    • Consumer brand awareness.

Essential:

  • A valid and full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to communicate well with in-store teams.
  • Self-sufficiency including the ability to:
    • Plan and structure your day
    • Optimise coverage and results.
