Brand Ambassador – John Lewis & Partners, Kingston Full-time fixed-term contract (40 hours/week)

In this role, you’ll champion Tapestry’s iconic brands as a Brand Ambassador at John Lewis & Partners, Kingston. You’ll:
- Report to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador
- Foster brand visibility, growth, and performance through exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with store leadership, Tapestry teams, and shopfloor colleagues to deliver consistent excellence
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Deliver seamless, elevated customer experiences using brand training and resources
- Proactively create clienteling strategies and organize in-store events/activations to drive engagement and sales
- Track store performance against performance targets and share actionable insights
Retail & Omni-Channel Growth
- Build relationships with department store teams to gain customer insights
- Analyze trade results and propose improvements based on emerging trends
- Align with omnichannel strategies for cohesive brand growth
Visual Merchandising & Operations
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines to optimise displays
- Manage seasonal collections and close-out campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
- Work closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to coordinate updates
- Oversee product deliveries, stock organisation, and back-of-house cleanliness

Reporting & Collaboration
- Draft trade reports with key product insights for senior leadership
- Coordinate shopfloor coverage with the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador
Requirements
- ≥2 years of retail customer service or merchandising experience
- Experience in a department store environment (fashion/accessories sector preferred)
- Ability to work varied shifts ( evenings, weekends, bank holidays)
- Strong communicative, analytical, and organisational skills
- Proactive mindset with drive for business development
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments
