About the Brand

Our client is a globally recognised luxury fine jewellery Maison, renowned for its exceptional expertise in diamonds and commitment to craftsmanship. With a prestigious flagship boutique in London, the brand offers an unparalleled luxury experience, combining innovative design with timeless elegance.

The Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious and client-focused Brand Ambassador to join their flagship London boutique on a permanent, full-time basis. As the face of the brand, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience while driving sales across all product categories.

You will build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients, introduce new customers to the brand, and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Working closely with the Store Director and boutique team, you will represent the Maison with professionalism, passion and expertise, bringing the brand's heritage, craftsmanship and collections to life through engaging storytelling and impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences while achieving individual sales targets across all jewellery categories.
  • Introduce new clients to the brand, sharing its heritage, craftsmanship and collections through engaging storytelling.
  • Demonstrate outstanding product and diamond knowledge to confidently advise clients and support purchasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, proactively engaging them through events, appointments and new collection launches.
  • Develop new business opportunities by cultivating prospective clients and maximising both in-store and digital client engagement.
  • Ensure accurate client records are maintained to support personalised service and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain exceptional boutique presentation standards, ensuring visual merchandising reflects the prestige of the brand.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider boutique team to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining high standards of security and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within fine jewellery, watches or other high-end luxury goods.
  • Strong sales performance with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Genuine interest in fine jewellery, luxury craftsmanship and premium client experiences.
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Positive, collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
  • Fluent English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese or Russian would be advantageous.
  • Confident using retail POS systems and digital technology to support sales and client engagement.
