OUR CLIENT:

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's most recognised premium drinks brands, trusted by hospitality professionals across the globe.

Already a market leader within its category, the business has built an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and supporting customers beyond simply supplying products.

Rather than focusing purely on sales, they're passionate about helping hospitality businesses grow - providing education, training, menu development, product innovation and brand activation that genuinely adds value to their customers.

As part of their continued investment across the UK, they are now looking to appoint a Brand Development Manager to take ownership of the South West region.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a varied, field-based role combining relationship management, brand development, customer engagement and commercial awareness.

You'll work closely with hospitality operators, distributors and industry partners to strengthen existing relationships, identify opportunities for growth and bring the brand to life through education, training and customer activation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
