Position Summary

This role is based in the Midlands, UK and reports to the Regional Sales Director, UK & Ireland. The Brand Ambassador / Trainer will:

  • Support sales growth across the UK region by improving retail performance.
  • Act as the face of ZAGG, delivering a world-class experience with all partner interactions.
  • Drive sales targets through:
    • Store visits to assess and improve retail performance.
    • Onsite training for retail staff.
    • Technical support for products and partners.
    • Merchandising compliance audits.
    • Stock management to ensure product availability.

The role requires 75% travel, strong collaboration with internal teams and distributors, and the ability to identify process improvements that enhance retail operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Retail Support & Advisory

    • Provide onsite assistance to retail staff and distributors.
    • Ensure retail employees have up-to-date knowledge of ZAGG products and sales techniques.
  • Technical & Competitive Expertise

    • Maintain a deep knowledge of ZAGG products and the competitive landscape.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer/product issues, liaising with contact centre teams.
  • Sales & Performance Drive

    • Monitor and improve merchandising compliance.
    • Stock management to maintain optimal inventory levels.
    • Schedule and conduct training sessions with store managers.
  • Training Coordination

    • Proactively identify and schedule regionally/district-wide training opportunities.
    • Submitt regular store visit reports via ZAGG’s field management system.
  • Process Improvement

    • Work independently to identify potential process improvements.
    • Proactively assess and validate customer needs and concerns.

  • Internal & Customer Liaison
    • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration between Sales & related teams.
    • Follow-up on resolved issues to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential

✔ 2+ years of retail or accessories sales experience (preferably in a similar environment). ✔ Energetic self-starter with a sales-driven mindset. ✔ Technical competence in product knowledge under pressure. ✔ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (root cause analysis). ✔ Professional communication skills (verbal & written) with a friendly and empathetic demeanour. ✔ Clean driving license (travel is mandatory).

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a collaborative troubleshooting environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously while executing structured plans.
