Want to start a career in Field Sales?

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team.

About the Role

Powerforce is recruiting a Brand Ambassador to represent Nestlé Purina across Scotland. This is a field-based sales role where you'll visit wholesale, retail and independent stores, helping to grow sales, improve product visibility and strengthen customer relationships.

What You'll Do

If you're self-motivated, organised and enjoy managing your own territory, we'd like to hear from you! You don't have to have experience in Field Sales, but retail experience is helpful and drive and ambition is a must!

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll represent Nestlé Purina, building strong customer relationships and helping to grow the brand across your territory.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Building and maintaining relationships with decision makers in wholesale, retail and independent stores
  • Driving sales of Nestlé Purina products through regular customer visits
  • Securing additional stock and promotional opportunities
  • Improving product visibility through merchandising, point of sale and promotional displays
  • Installing Free Standing Display Units (FSDUs) and promotional materials
  • Using sales data and reporting tools to identify opportunities and effectively plan your territory
  • Delivering product knowledge and training to store teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
