Doughlicious is a fast-growing international snack brand, offering a portfolio of cookie dough-led treats across frozen, chilled, and ambient categories. Our range includes Cookie Dough & Gelato Bites, Ready-to-Bake Cookie Dough, and Soft-Baked Cookies. In the UK, our products are listed across major grocery retailers and foodservice partners, with continued growth momentum across channels and categories.
We are now seeking a Brand Ambassador to assist with events, campaigns, and activations for the U.K. market.
Role Overview
The Brand Ambassador role is a paid, part-time, on-site position starting immediately in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Brand Ambassador will represent Doughlicious in-store and at events, actively engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and offering samples to drive interest and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up for events, ordering and transporting samples, promoting brand values, talking about the product, answering customer questions, and gathering feedback to help improve the customer experience. The role also involves supporting merchandising activities, maintaining attractive product displays, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to increase brand awareness within the local market. The Brand Ambassador will be expected to consistently deliver friendly, professional service and embody the Doughlicious brand in all interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage confidently with diverse customers and team members.
- Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent the brand’s values and consistently convey key messages.
- Solid Customer Service skills to provide welcoming support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive experience at all touch points.
- Ideally have experience in retail, food, or hospitality environments and a genuine enthusiasm for snacks and innovative food products.
- Demonstrate reliability, a proactive attitude, the ability to work on-site in the London Area, and flexibility to work weekends or events as needed.
- Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in responsibilities mentioned above.
