Brand and Campaign Lead

Campaign Lead (Brand & Campaign) – 12-Month Transformation Programme

About the Role

As part of a 12-month transformation programme, we are seeking a Campaign Lead to bolster our marketing team and deliver additional capability alongside strategic initiatives—including brand development, website redevelopment, and CRM implementation.

Based at our Glasgow city centre HQ, this hybrid role requires 1–2 workdays on-site, with the flexibility to engage with agencies, practices, and events across Scotland as needed.

The Campaign Lead will focus on elevating our private treatment revenue by leading multi-channel initiatives—raising brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting Treatment Co-Ordinator functions. The role enforces brand consistency while championing patient-facing engagement through campaigns, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Delivery

  • Lead private treatment campaign execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate digital, print, PR, outdoor, radio, and local marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to analyse patient data and optimise engagement opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
