As we scale internationally, we’re seeking a Brand & Communications Director to shape how DAZN Bet is perceived by customers, partners, media, industry stakeholders, and employees. This is a unique opportunity to define and build a global betting brand backed by one of the most recognisable names in sports streaming and entertainment.
This role will cement DAZN Bet as one of the most trusted, engaging, and differentiated brands in regulated betting and gaming.
The Role
The Brand & Communications Director will take ownership of defining, building, and protecting the DAZN Bet brand across all markets and stakeholder groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing DAZN Bet’s global brand strategy and communications agenda.
- Ensuring a clear, distinctive, and consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating with senior leaders across DAZN Bet and the wider DAZN Group to shape employee, customer, media, partner, and regulatory communications.
- Acting as the senior brand custodian, leading DAZN Bet’s communications function and agency partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and evolve DAZN Bet’s global brand positioning, identity, and long-term strategy.
- Own and maintain brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and tone-of-voice.
- Lead global communications, including PR, media relations, reputation management, and executive thought leadership.
- Develop and execute communication plans for major launches, market entries, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure content across marketing, CRM, social media, sponsorships, and partnerships reinforces the brand narrative.
- Partner with Commercial, Growth, and Partnerships teams to optimise brand value from sponsorships and assets.
- Influence senior stakeholders to maintain alignment with DAZN Group brand and communications strategies.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Brand & Communications function.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in senior Brand Marketing, Communications, PR, or Integrated Marketing leadership.
- Proven success in building and growing consumer brands in competitive markets.
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional storytelling, content development, and messaging skills.
- Strong media relations, executive communications, and corporate reputation management experience.
- Experience working across multiple international markets and customer segments.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, balancing brand growth with performance targets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with sports, media, entertainment, betting, gaming, or digital consumer businesses.
- Hands-on experience in activating sponsorships, partnerships, and consumer brands.
- Understanding of regulated industries and reputation management.
- A passion for sport and knowledge of fan engagement.
