Brand and Lifecycle Marketer

Brand & Lifecycle Marketer – Tilt ✨

TL;DR

Tilt is transforming the future of commerce, building a new way to shop online. The team is growing its marketing function and seeking a Brand & Lifecycle Marketer to unite brand storytelling, customer lifecycle management, and organic content into a cohesive narrative. This hands-on role is ideal for a career-early professional with hustle and a passion for fast-scaling consumer tech. You’ll get early mentorship from senior leaders, broad exposure to multiple marketing channels, and real ownership over impactful work.

About Tilt (The Mission) 🚀

Our mission: Make Commerce Alive. Today’s e-commerce ecosystem—errors of static store websites and faceless marketplaces—lacks the attention, community, and personality appealing to today’s merchants. Despite this, Tilt has already powered UK sellers from zero to £1M+ earnings, with hundreds thrivning beyond national income averages.

We’re just getting started.

Your Mission: Tie It All Together 🧵

Reporting to the VP of Categories & Expansion, you’ll shape Tilt’s marketing identity—our brand stories, customer relationships, and cross-channel cohesion. From first ad clicks to hundredth app opens, you’ll ensure the Tilt experience stays consistent, intuitive, and alive.

This isn’t just a traditional role: You’ll handle brand, lifecycle, and content simultaneously, learning the full scope of marketing within a fast-scaling team. You’ll operate with autonomy but guided support, transforming ideas into tangible campaigns that build repeat buyers into loyal advocates.

What You’ll Do ▶️

First 0 – 3 Months

  • Uncover Tilt’s brand essence, buyer personas, and categories (sneakers, trading cards, streetwear, etc.).
  • Own lifecycle and retention efforts: Build, optimize, and ship onboarding, retention, and win-back CRM flows in Customer.io.
  • Establish a consistent organic social and content cadence alongside the Content Lead and category teams.
  • Tackle quick wins whenever you spot one—initiative is both prized and raised.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
