About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative Brand Campaign Manager to join the Gardeners’ World team to support the delivery of integrated B2C brand marketing activity.
Reporting to the Brand Growth Lead, this role will play a key part in delivering:
- Multi-channel campaigns
- Audience growth initiatives
- Brand consistency
- Enhanced engagement and commercial performance
The successful candidate will be a strong campaign manager, comfortable working cross-functionally, making data-driven decisions and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, content-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
- Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, from briefing to post-campaign analysis, managing:
- Campaign timelines
- Content creation
- Budgets
- Approvals
- Reporting processes
- Lead and execute key brand initiatives, including:
- The Gardeners’ World 2-for-1 campaign
- Wider audience engagement activities
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and brand representation across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with editorial, acquisition, commercial, design, social, CRM, events and digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Optimise campaigns through:
- Performance reporting
- Insight analysis
- Data-led recommendations
- Monitor:
- Audience trends
- Competitor activity
- Market insights
- Identifying opportunities for audience growth and heightened engagement
- Contribute creative ideas to support brand growth outside seasonal peaks through:
- Partnerships
- Innovative campaigns
- New audience acquisition strategies
- Work closely with the Gardeners’ World Live events team to ensure consistent brand representation in:
- On-site activations
- Promotional materials

Requirements
Experience in brand marketing and campaign management is essential. You will also need:
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of supporting and delivering brand partnerships
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and audience insights
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of audience engagement strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including:
- CRM
- Social media marketing
- Email campaigns
- Content marketing
- Ability to nurture and maintain strong working relationships
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
- Highly organised and adaptable
- Commercially aware and audience-focused
- Collaborative and confident when managing stakeholders
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- An enthusiastic, curious mindset, with a drive to contribute ideas and recommendations
