About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organised and collaborative Brand Campaign Manager to join the Gardeners’ World team. This role will support the delivery of integrated B2C brand marketing activity, reporting to the Brand Growth Lead.

As a key player, you’ll deliver multi-channel campaigns, support audience growth initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and identify ways to increase engagement and commercial performance. Thriving in a dynamic, content-driven environment, the ideal candidate is a cross-functional campaign leader with the ability to prioritise, lead stakeholders, and make data-backed decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns—from brief creation to post-campaign analysis, including:

    • Managing campaign timelines
    • Developing content
    • Tracking budgets
    • Handling approvals
    • Reporting processes
  • Lead and support execution of key brand initiatives, including:

    • The Gardeners’ World 2-for-1 campaign
    • Broader audience engagement activities
  • Act as the brand guardian, ensuring:

    • Consistency in messaging
    • Alignment with the tone of voice
    • Cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints

  • Collaborate with editorial, acquisition, commercial, design, social, CRM, events, and digital teams to deliver unified campaigns

  • Optimise campaigns through:

    • Performance reporting
    • Insight analysis
    • Data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor audience trends, competitor activity, and market insights to uncover growth and engagement opportunities

  • Contribute innovative ideas for sustained brand growth beyond seasonal peaks (e.g., partnerships, campaigns, and new audience expansions)

  • Work closely with Gardeners’ World Live events teams to ensure consistent brand representation in:

    • On-site activations
    • Promotional materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand marketing and campaign management
  • Ability to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience supporting and delivering brand partnerships
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting:
    • Campaign performance
    • Audience insights
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of audience engagement
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including:
    • CRM
    • Social media
    • Email marketing
    • Content marketing
  • Prowess in nurturing and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage priority shifts
  • Commercially aware while remaining audience-focused
  • Confident in stakeholder management
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple campaign priorities
  • Passionate, curious, and eager to offer fresh ideas and recommendations
