About The Role

As our Campaign Manager, you'll be responsible for bringing Matalan's biggest brand and seasonal campaigns to life. From shaping campaign strategy through to creative development and flawless execution, you'll deliver bold, customer-focused campaigns that inspire our customers and create real momentum for the brand.

Working across our marketing, digital, retail and product teams, you'll lead the planning and delivery of integrated omnichannel campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint is consistent, impactful and delivered on time and within budget. You'll turn customer and cultural insights into exciting creative ideas, managing agency partners and collaborating with stakeholders across the business to make sure every campaign lands brilliantly.

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in driving our seasonal campaigns, cultural moments and brand activity while continually looking for new ways to innovate and elevate our marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver integrated omnichannel campaign strategies that support our commercial and brand objectives.
  • Lead the planning, briefing and execution of campaigns across digital, retail and marketing channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets and oversee creative production to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Digital, Retail, CRM, Loyalty, PR, Social and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered seamlessly.
  • Create engaging campaign presentations and communication packs to keep stakeholders informed throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Support campaign planning around key seasonal launches and cultural moments.
  • Ensure product information, pricing and approvals are accurate and completed within agreed timelines.
  • Champion new ideas, emerging trends and innovative ways of engaging customers across every campaign.

About You

You'll be a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who thrives on delivering large-scale campaigns in a fast-moving retail environment. You're highly organised, love bringing people together and know how to balance creativity with strong project management.

You'll enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, building relationships across the business and keeping complex campaigns moving from concept to completion. Most importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for creating customer-first campaigns that make an impact.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • At least 4 years' experience managing integrated marketing or brand campaigns, ideally within retail, fashion or homeware.
  • Proven experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
  • Strong project management, organisation and budget management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work cross-functionally with a wide range of teams.
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to use insight and data to inform decision making.
  • A passion for fashion, customer behaviour, cultural trends and creating campaigns that resonate with customers.
