Role As Brand & Communications Designer, you will be responsible for bringing Apolitical’s brand, insights, products, and campaigns to life through high-quality visual communications. You will work closely with stakeholders across Communications, Partnerships, Product, Research, Learning and leadership teams to create compelling visual assets that help communicate complex ideas, showcase data and insights, and strengthen Apolitical’s presence across digital channels, events, reports, and customer-facing materials.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring you to work independently within established brand systems while helping improve design processes, asset management, and ways of working across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring consistency and quality across Apolitical’s external communications while adapting creative assets for a wide variety of audiences and formats. You will also have the opportunity to help shape our brand evolution. You will also collaborate with external creative partners where required, helping develop briefs, provide design feedback, and ensure work aligns with Apolitical’s brand and communications objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
