The UK's mobile landscape changed significantly in 2025. Two major networks merged to create the country's largest mobile operator, serving around 28 million subscribers across five consumer brands. The brand is in active build mode, not steady-state, and this is a role that sits right at the heart of what comes next.

The business launched its first joint campaign in September 2025, running across TV, OOH, social and digital, with creative from two agency partners. The social layer of that campaign was significant. This Brand Content & Influencer Manager role owns the next phase of it.

What you'll be doing:

You'll own social-first campaign delivery from brief to reporting, managing propositions across devices, broadband and plans. You'll lead the social layer within ATL campaigns, act as the creative voice on social internally, and manage the creator and influencer workstream end to end, from talent selection through to execution.

  • Experience running integrated social campaigns at scale, end to end
  • Strong platform-native instincts across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
  • A track record managing creators and influencer workstreams, not just overseeing them
  • A clear point of view on what good creative looks like, and the confidence to push back when it doesn't
  • Strong agency management and briefing skills
  • Solid understanding of campaign measurement, brand tracking and content effectiveness
