Brand Communications, PR & Thought Leadership Manager

This role is designed for a strategic storyteller who can elevate executive voices and build lasting brand influence within the digital marketing and AI landscape.

You will work closely with company leadership to transform ideas, industry expertise, and customer success stories into compelling content that earns credibility across multiple channels.

From thought leadership articles and LinkedIn content to podcasts, media outreach, and original research, your work will strengthen brand authority and industry recognition.

The position combines content strategy, executive communications, public relations, and AI-powered content operations in a highly collaborative environment.

You will have significant ownership, helping shape brand perception while experimenting with innovative communication formats and emerging AI tools.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner directly with founders and senior leaders to develop executive communication strategies and strengthen personal brand visibility.
  • Transform interviews, conversations, and business insights into high-quality LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, presentations, scripts, and other thought leadership assets.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, publication teams, and industry influencers to secure earned media opportunities.
  • Coordinate guest articles, podcast appearances, webinars, speaking engagements, award submissions, and media outreach initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, SEO, AI, design, and content teams to transform customer insights into impactful campaigns and original research.
  • Repurpose content across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and maximizing audience reach.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline research, ideation, content production, and workflow optimization without compromising originality or quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
