A fast-growing, purpose-led organisation in global charity running is looking for a Brand & Community Activation Manager

To deliver high-impact events and unforgettable experiences across some of the world’s most exciting cities.

This is a role where the office is only part of the story, the real work happens on the ground at major international events. You’ll get the opportunity to travel to places like Tokyo, Dublin, Berlin and Chicago, delivering large-scale activations that bring thousands of runners and supporters together. If you’re someone who thrives on being out in the world rather than behind a desk, this is a chance to turn that into your day job.

The business sits at the centre of global mass participation sport, helping connect runners and charities and having already helped generate over £1bn for good causes. Every event is different, fast-moving and built around creating energy, community and memorable moments that matter.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end event delivery – from expo activations and race weekend experiences to travel logistics, influencer engagement and on-the-ground hosting. One weekend you might be running a high-traffic expo stand, the next you’re supporting a post-race celebration or leading a community run with thousands of participants. This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role for someone who wants variety, responsibility and the chance to see the world while building standout brand experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver brand activation and community engagement strategies across events, partnerships and initiatives.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end activations, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and on-the-ground delivery.
  • Grow and engage the community across both digital and in-person touchpoints, driving participation and awareness.
  • Build and manage relationships with runners, charity partners, ambassadors, influencers and event stakeholders.
  • Track performance against KPIs, optimise future activity, and support wider team delivery and development.
