We’re excited to be growing our creative team this year and are hiring a Brand & Community Coordinator at HQ. This position is full-time, office-based at our office in Christchurch, Dorset.
The Job:
- Assist the Brand Manager in crafting copy for internal & external coms, including newsletters, events & ad campaigns
- Support the briefing and relationship of influencer campaign rollout
- Assist in managing loyalty and rewards programmes to enhance brand interaction and brand advocacy
- Help ensure consistency of tone of voice across media and platforms
- Help coordinate shopper marketing campaigns and point-of-purchase activations
- Assist in PR coordination, including managing sample requests, gifting, and media placements
- Contribute ideas to convert communications engagement into measurable sales and revenue
- Help coordinate PR gifting, media outreach and brand partnership opportunities
- Identify and share ideas that help turn audience engagement into commercial growth opportunities.

Who We Want:
- Confident copywriter with strong attention to tone of voice and detail in creating engaging, clear, and on-brand messaging
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in social media and emerging platforms (especially TikTok), branding and consumer trends
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn across different brand functions
- Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in a marketing or copywriting role and using social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram, is a plus
- A team attitude and the willingness to offer creative support across the business.

Working hours:
8:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 4pm Friday, 1 hour lunch break.
