Build lasting client relationships, delivering a personalised and memorable experience at every touchpoint. Stay ahead of style trends, from classic tailoring to cutting-edge streetwear, ensuring you’re always one step ahead of what’s next in the fashion industry. Champion visual standards, ensuring your area of the floor always reflects the refined, fashion-forward aesthetic that Harvey Nichols is known for. Collaborate with stylists and personal shopping teams to deliver an elevated, cohesive client journey.
