About Le Creuset

At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Brand Consultant, where you’ll take full ownership of the “kitchen” for your designated account, ensuring every operational ingredient blends perfectly to showcase our Brand at its best. Working side-by-side with your National Merchandiser Executive, you’ll help cook up exceptional sales results, serve outstanding customer experiences, and keep our Brand looking premium and perfectly presented on the “shop-floor menu” at all times.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

What’s On Your Daily Menu

These are the everyday ingredients you'll be working with:

  • Welcome every customer into the “kitchen” with warmth and enthusiasm, guide them through our product “menu,” support them in choosing the perfect Le Creuset pieces, escort them to the tills when needed, and turn every interaction into a delicious sales opportunity that helps us meet our targets.
  • Present and “plate up” Le Creuset products exactly as defined by the Senior National Account Manager, ensuring our displays always look good enough to eat.
  • Follow Le Creuset and Store visual merchandising “recipes,” including range guides, POS materials, and product storytelling, while also:
    • Keeping displays spotless, bright, and appetising.
    • Ensuring shelves are always fully “stocked up” with fresh product.
    • Ticketing items clearly and accurately, no missing ingredients!
    • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace through regular housekeeping, including dusting, sweeping, and removing clutter.
  • Serve up exceptional product knowledge using Le Creuset’s sales “techniques”, explaining suitability, care instructions, cooking benefits, and those special ingredients that make our products unique.
  • When required, demonstrate the features and benefits of Le Creuset products, bringing them to life and giving customers a true taste of what they can do.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints, whether in-store or by phone, with calm professionalism, following Le Creuset and store policies to ensure every issue is resolved quickly and leaves customers fully satisfied.
  • Immediately report any customer complaints or product issues to the Senior National Account Manager or Customer Service team, ensuring nothing gets left to simmer unattended.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
