Brand & Content Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

About Chinti & Parker

Chinti & Parker is a contemporary luxury knitwear brand, creating joyful, beautifully crafted collections designed to be loved season after season.

We are looking for a creative, culturally connected Brand & Content Manager to own how our brand appears across all platforms. This social-first role suits someone who thrives in fashion, understands digital culture, and excels at building engaged communities through compelling storytelling and striking visuals.

Your role will focus on growing organic social, producing high-impact campaigns, nurturing partnerships with creators, and ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects the Chinti & Parker ethos.

The Role

Reporting into the CEO, you will be the guardian of our brand voice and visual identity across all organic channels, leading our content strategy from concept to execution. Responsible for turning our brand into a captivating, must-follow destination in fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social & Community

  • Own and grow Chinti & Parker’s organic social channels, with Instagram and TikTok as priorities.
  • Develop a social-first content strategy that drives engagement, reach, and community growth.
  • Plan, create, and publish daily content, including video, imagery, and reactive moments.
  • Foster meaningful conversations with our audience through community management and social listening.
  • Identify trending conversations and cultural moments to keep the brand inspiring.
  • Track performance and refine content strategies based on analytics and insights.

Content & Brand Storytelling

  • Lead seasonal content calendars across social, website, email, and PR.
  • Produce compelling storytelling around collections, craftsmanship, founders, and products.
  • Maintain balance between artistry and commercial objectives.
  • Develop engaging copy that mirrors Chinti & Parker’s brand tone.
  • Collaborate closely with Ecommerce to support launches and campaigns.

Creative Production

  • Oversee all brand photography and content shoots, including campaigns, ecommerce, social, and editorial content.
  • Develop creative concepts, shot lists, and content plans for optimal asset production.
  • Manage photographers, dancers, stylists, models, and external production partners.
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent visual assets for all platforms.

Creators, Influencers & Partnerships

  • Expand and nurture the creator, influencer, and ambassador programmes.
  • Manage gifting, paid partnerships, and long-term brand relationships.
  • Lead ShopMy initiatives and grow affiliate networks through collaborations.
  • Identify collaborations, partnerships, and brand activations to broaden reach.
  • Work with key retail partners on co-marketing opportunities and activations.

Brand Experiences

  • Support PR activity alongside agency partners.
  • Deliver events and pop-ups that bring the brand to life.
  • Ensure all activations yield engaging content while fortifying the community.

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in social, content, or brand roles within premium fashion or lifestyle.
  • Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Proven ability to create engaging organic content that drives audience growth.
  • Sharp eye for aesthetics, photography, styling, and storytelling.
  • Experience producing fashion shoots from concept to final delivery.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills.
  • Knowledge in managing influencer and affiliate programmes (including ShopMy).
  • Commercially savvy, blending creativity with performance metrics.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
  • Passionate about fashion, culture, and community building.
