Brand & Content Director (T3)

Location: Paddington

At Mars Snacking, we’re redefining how we build some of the world’s most iconic brands. Guided by our One Demand Vision, we create meaningful consumer connections by delivering the right experience, at the right time, through the right channels. By combining creativity, consumer insight and technology, we drive sustainable growth while building brands that people love today and for generations to come.

As Director, Brand & Content – Orbit, Extra, Freedent & Yida (OEFY), you will lead the development of breakthrough creative campaigns across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of globally recognised brands. Working within the Europe & Central Eurasia Brand & Content team, you will shape regional and global brand communications, bringing consumer-first, platform-led ideas to life through the Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned + Commerce (PESO+C) framework.

This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence across the business. You will partner closely with Regional Brand, Media and PR teams, as well as global stakeholders and agency partners across Europe and the US, to create world-class brand experiences that drive growth, build relevance and elevate creative excellence.

Supporting the VP Brand & Content, you will also play a key role in the global stewardship of the OEFY portfolio, helping to shape the future of these iconic brands and take their creativity and performance to the next level.

What are we looking for?

  • Significant marketing leadership experience, including extensive expertise in brand building, strategic marketing and communications.
  • Proven track record delivering impactful content, campaigns and brand platforms for leading consumer brands.
  • Experience working across multiple markets, with strong cross-cultural awareness and a global mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build influential relationships across senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver ambitious outcomes.
  • Creative, commercially astute and relentlessly driven, with the curiosity, resilience and executional excellence to turn bold ideas into impactful results.
  • Inspiring leader with experience driving transformational change and building capability across teams and markets.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority; people management experience is advantageous.
  • Agency, in-house agency and/or client-side marketing experience preferred.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
