You’ll be joining a team that works across a growing portfolio of consumer brands, taking ownership of a content engine that powers this business. This is a role where you can make an impact and shape their multi-brand content strategy and digital customer experience.
You’ll be the type of person who can design, write, and execute brilliant copy across websites and landing pages, while translating complex product information into messaging that drives conversion performance. The absolute ideal person is just as comfortable running brand strategy sessions as they are utilizing emerging AI tools to scale production.

You’ll work cross-functionally, partnering with creative, digital, and innovation teams, with the freedom to help modernize how the business communicates and engages with its audiences. If you’re someone who wants to build a distinctive brand voice this is the role for you.
About the role
You’ll own and evolve the content strategy across multiple brands while remaining actively involved in day-to-day creation and delivery. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and commercial teams. This role will be central to supporting brand consistency, digital experience, and marketing innovation across the organization.
Key Skills Needed
- Proven experience in brand development and managing tone of voice across channels.
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills, spanning website content, product copy, and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered content and productivity tools to improve workflows.

Nice to haves
- Experience working across both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Background in retail or ecomm or furnishings
- Any knowledge of UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
