About the Role
Love telling stories that people actually want to engage with?
Know how to turn a client win, campaign result, industry insight or agency success into content that builds credibility, creates conversations and supports commercial growth?
Our digital agency client is looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to take ownership of how the agency presents itself in the market.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creating content and coordinating it across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for bringing the agency’s narrative to life through social media, content marketing, events, campaigns, and awards submissions, ensuring the right audience sees the right messages at the right time.
You’ll work closely with the Growth team and senior leadership to develop content that supports brand awareness, demand generation, and meaningful commercial discussions with senior marketing decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
📱 Social Media & Community
- Own the day-to-day management of the agency’s social channels
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Actively engage in industry conversations and monitor relevant content
- Build visibility among senior marketing stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Heads of Marketing)
- Focus on driving meaningful engagement—not just content broadcasting

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
