Ignite are thrilled to partner with one of the UK’s most exciting challenger brands. After a period of exceptional growth, they’re now searching for a Brand & Creative Lead to shape the next chapter of their brand journey.
This role involves close collaboration with the Founders, leading the creative vision across branding, packaging, campaigns, social, and digital, inspiring an ambitious Creative & Design team, and driving one of the fastest-growing consumer brands in the UK forward.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for owning the creative vision, ensuring the brand stands out across every touchpoint and setting the standard for design excellence.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative vision and ensure the brand has a distinctive, high-quality presence across all channels
- Lead and develop the in-house Design team, raising creative standards and fostering innovation
- Oversee branding, packaging, campaigns, social media, paid media, retail, and digital strategy
- Partner with Founders and the Marketing team to bring bold, impactful ideas to life
- Manage creative projects from concept to execution, liaising with both internal teams and external agencies
- Stay ahead of design, social, and cultural trends to keep the brand at the forefront of its industry

Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in Brand, Creative, or Design roles, preferably within high-growth consumer brands
- Demonstrable experience leading creative teams and delivering outstanding brand work
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, digital, and packaging experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with confidence in using AI tools to enhance workflows
- Experience working closely with Founders in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Bonus: Experience building brands that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences
