About the Role
As a Brand & Customer Experience Executive, you'll play a key role in representing nationally recognised brands while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Working as part of a supportive and ambitious team, you'll build relationships, communicate brand messages, and help customers better understand products and services through engaging conversations.
This role offers the opportunity to develop highly transferable skills in communication, leadership, customer experience, and business development.
Whether you're beginning your career or looking for your next opportunity, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing
- Represent leading UK brands with professionalism
- Create positive and memorable customer experiences
- Build strong relationships through effective communication
- Explain products, services, and current campaigns clearly
- Work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
- Participate in daily coaching and professional development
- Develop leadership, presentation, and business skills
Who We're Looking For

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, sales, marketing, or any customer-facing environment is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided. We value attitude, ambition, and potential above previous experience.
