At Verda, we're building a full stack European AI cloud - with everything needed to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale.
We are a full-stack AI infrastructure company, meaning we design, operate, and optimize the compute powering modern AI workloads across training and inference. Our infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy, helping build a more sustainable AI ecosystem.
Join Verda while it's still being built - not once it's finished.
About The Role
As Verda continues to grow, we're looking for a Brand Design Engineer to help bring our brand to life with a strong focus on our core marketing website and digital ecosystem.
This is a highly creative and technical role for someone who bridges the gap between high-end visual design and cutting-edge frontend implementation. Working directly under the Brand Design Lead, you will focus on animation, motion design, and elevating all moving and interactive elements across our site. You will be responsible for building out the website and each technical component blocks in the most robust, technical, and performant way possible, ensuring our digital presence reflects the sophistication of our AI infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities
- Elevate Motion & Interaction: Own the animation, micro-interactions, and motion design of Verda’s website, transforming certain static layouts into dynamic, engaging digital experiences.
- Technical Component Building: Develop and build out website blocks, modules, and landing pages with a high degree of technical precision, ensuring clean code, optimal performance, and responsive execution.
- Interactive Content & Blog Design: Design and engineer bespoke, interactive assets and data visualizations for the Verda blog to help communicate highly complex AI and infrastructure topics in a clear, immersive way.
- Bridge Design & Engineering: Partner closely with the Brand Design Lead to translate visual identity and brand strategy into the browser, ensuring zero loss of fidelity from design file to production.
- Collaborate across teams: Work alongside Development, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to turn technical concepts, product stories, and launch campaigns into high-end interactive web experiences.
- Push creative boundaries: Continuously explore new web tech, animation libraries (WebGL, GSAP, Three.js, etc.), and AI-powered workflows to elevate our digital storytelling capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
