Role Description

As a Brand Designer (15-month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover), you will turn complex, abstract business concepts into clear, compelling, and world-class creative outputs. You will take cues from our established brand system and use your expertise to apply it distinctively and consistently to make an impact every day.

This role sits within our dynamic Brand & Creative team in London. You will work in a highly collaborative environment alongside copywriters, fellow designers, and sharp marketers, while partnering cross-functionally with Product Design through regular Design Town Halls to cultivate our shared visual vision.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Drive Visual Problem-Solving: Partner closely with copywriters and designers to explore, develop, and visualize conceptual approaches for integrated marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email, and targeted direct mail.
  • Execute Experiential & Event Design: Support the creation of branded event collateral and experiential assets for our flagship global events, bringing immersive brand spaces to life with support from senior creatives.
  • Champion Commercial Enablement: Design unique RFP responses and tailored visual experiences for strategic accounts, collaborating with commercial partners to maximize our chance of winning while building scalable solutions.
  • Evolve the Brand System: Act as a thoughtful guardian of our brand identity, creating new brand elements and sub-brands for key programs while adapting templated assets to make repeatable work more efficient.
  • Deliver Confident Craft: Own day-to-day stakeholder conversations, think beyond single assets to consider overall content flow, and deliver high-standard outputs that strictly match project specs.
  • Foster Creative Culture: Actively contribute to the team’s creative culture by sharing ideas, learning from others, and proactively seeking constructive feedback to continuously iterate for better solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Accountability & Ownership: Deeply accountable for your work, with a proven ability to manage project timelines, share progress clearly, and learn from mistakes to build internal trust.
