Brand Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Designer based in United Kingdom.

This creative role sits at the heart of a globally distributed, developer-focused organization, where brand storytelling plays a key role in shaping how millions of developers perceive and engage with the product ecosystem.

You will be responsible for translating complex technical ideas into compelling visual narratives across digital, print, and experiential formats.

The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, DevRel, Success, and Events to create impactful assets for campaigns, conferences, and community engagement.

You will help define and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency while continuously elevating design quality.

From presentations and social content to physical swag and event materials, your work will directly influence how the brand is experienced globally.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, async-first environment where autonomy, experimentation, and ownership are highly valued.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and evolve visual storytelling across presentations, pitch decks, conference materials, print assets, video content, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, DevRel, Success, Enterprise, and Events teams to translate ideas into engaging and high-impact creative executions.
  • Design cohesive visual narratives across digital and physical formats, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strong brand alignment.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all assets, ensuring visual identity and messaging remain consistent globally.
  • Lead end-to-end design execution across multiple channels including print, digital, social media, and event branding.
  • Create high-quality design assets with strong attention to detail, ensuring visual communication resonates with technical audiences.
  • Contribute ideas proactively, bringing creative direction and design solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience as a Brand Designer or similar role in fast-paced, digital-first or tech environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience designing across multiple formats including digital, print, and presentation design.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding principles, and design systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in async, remote, or globally distributed teams is highly valued.
  • Strong attention to detail, including knowledge of print production standards and specifications.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and requirements.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to propose ideas, iterate quickly, and incorporate feedback.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign work, and multi-format design execution.
  • Passion for developer tools, open-source ecosystems, or technical audiences is a strong plus.
