Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team is one of two Red Bull-owned F1 teams.

We are looking for a motivated Brand Designer who will work across multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality creative work while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the VCARB brand on a global stage.

They will be responsible for delivering bold, culturally relevant creative at pace across print, digital and social platforms, helping Visa Cash App Racing Bulls connect Formula One with fashion, music, art and youth culture.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role

  • Strong midweight designer with a bold, culturally aware portfolio full of energy and ideas.
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant agency or in-house marketing experience demonstrating confidence working with major brands.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates concept-first thinking and strong execution across multiple formats.
  • Experience creating for digital and social-first platforms.
  • Sharp eye for branding, typography and visual storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of design principles including typography, colour, layout and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to creative excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptability in response to shifting priorities and emerging trends.
  • Creative problem-solver who thinks beyond the obvious.
  • Confidence to challenge briefs, back ideas and push creative work further.
  • Genuine passion for sport, fashion, music or youth culture and an understanding of how they intersect.
  • Travel 0-10%
