WeAre8

WeAre8 is a social platform built around a simple but radical idea: that the people who power the internet should share in its value. Our opt-in advertising model distributes revenue directly to users, creators, charities, and environmental causes. We're a small, passionate team doing work that genuinely matters, and we want our brand to reflect that.

The role

We're looking for a junior brand designer with a clean, considered aesthetic (think Apple-level clarity and restraint) who can bring consistency and polish to everything WeAre8 puts out into the world. From tightening up our brand guidelines to building out social-first templates and animated content, you'll be the person who makes sure our visual identity is sharp, cohesive, and built to scale.

You'll also bring basic video editing capability, enough to support social content production and keep things moving without needing to hand off every task.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
