Brand Development Manager – On-Trade
MONIN UK are hiring! A great opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, coffee, bars, and drinks culture.
About the Role
This exciting Brand Development Manager – On-Trade role is based in Bristol, Cardiff & the South-West Region and part of MONIN UK&I. If you have experience or a strong background in coffee, bars, venue management, advocacy, brand development, or on-trade sales, this could be ideal for you.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and enhancing relationships with key on-trade venues, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Supporting with branding, training, tastings, and menu development. -Driving awareness of the MONIN brand across the region.
- Ensuring MONIN products shine in hospitality spaces through training, product launches, and engagement on the ground.

Who You Are
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Highly confident in cocktails, coffee, and mocktails with a strong background in either area.
- Excellent relationship builders, passionate about sharing their expertise within the industry.
- Comfortable with public speaking, training, and inspiring teams and individuals.
- Organised, proactive, independent, and self-motivated, who don’t shy away from taking initiative.
- Passionate about the drinks and hospitality culture.
Work Environment & Requirements
- Field-based role with company preference for a base in Bristol.
- Full UK driving licence is required for traveling and meetings within the region.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).

Remuneration Overview
- Salary: £32,000 per year
- Car allowance: Addition of £3,000 per year
- Annual bonus: Performance-related
- Pension: 5% contribution
- Holiday: 33+1 days per year (25 days plus 8 bank holidays and your birthday off)
- Holiday Increases: Additional holiday days at 3, 5, 6, and 9 years of service with incremental increases.
- Healthcare: Access to a Healthcare Cash Plan upon successful completion of probation.
