Role Overview
This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual design across brand, marketing, and digital channels. Working as part of the Global Brand & Creative Team, the Brand & Digital Designer will support the development of compelling creative assets that strengthen brand consistency and elevate the overall visual standard of the business.
The role combines strong traditional design craft with digital and web design capability. The designer will work across campaign creative, brand assets, marketing materials, presentations, social content, and web page design, ensuring all outputs are visually strong, on-brand, and aligned to business objectives.
Working closely with the Creative Director, Head of Global Creative, content writers, web teams, and the Creative Operations Lead/Partner, this role contributes to the end-to-end creative process — from concept through to execution — across both offline and digital environments.
This role is initially a 12-month FTC with the potential to turn permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Design
- Create high-quality visual assets across a wide range of formats including campaign creative, brochures, presentations, social content, email graphics, and digital marketing materials
- Translate briefs into strong, effective, and on-brand design solutions that support marketing and commercial objectives
- Maintain consistency and integrity of the brand across all outputs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and visual standards
- Contribute to creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, launches, and content programmes
- Work collaboratively with content writers to bring messaging to life visually across digital and print formats
- Support the ongoing evolution and application of the brand across different regions, sectors, and marketing channels

Digital & Web Design
- Design web page layouts, landing pages, and digital components that align with brand standards and user experience best practice
- Create visual assets for websites including banners, graphics, icons, and supporting imagery
- Prepare and supply web-ready design assets in appropriate formats and specifications for development teams
- Work alongside web and development teams to ensure designs are practical, consistent, and effective across devices and screen sizes
- Support the continuous improvement of website design, layout, and visual consistency across platforms
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work from structured briefs and collaborate with the Creative Operations Lead/Partner to ensure timely delivery against priorities and deadlines
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Respond to feedback constructively and refine creative work where required
- Contribute to shared design resources, templates, and brand assets to support efficiency and consistency
- Support the wider marketing team with creative requirements across brand, content, and digital activity
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proven experience in a design role, either in-house or within an agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality brand, campaign, and digital design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- AI proficient
- Experience using Adobe tools to create assets across print, digital, and web formats
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing for both print and digital formats
- Experience creating web page designs and digital assets for online use
- Understanding of responsive design principles and how design translates to web environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high visual standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Experience working with Figma or similar UI design tools
- Familiarity with additional Adobe tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Adobe XD
- Understanding of UX principles and digital user behaviour
- Experience designing for CMS-driven websites
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to support collaboration with web teams
- Experience within a B2B, technology, or software-led organisation
- Current portfolio either online or pdf is required with submissions
