Simple Truth

Simple Truth is a brand and design consultancy. We work with clients across property, charities and wider commercial sectors, including some of London's leading developers.

We're a small team, so this is a genuinely pivotal role. You'll work alongside our in-house designers and a small network of trusted freelancers, taking creative direction from our Creative Director and turning it into finished work. You'll take an approved concept and roll it out into a full website, designing every page across desktop and mobile, and you'll own print projects too, from concept through to final artwork. Property experience is important here. Ideally you've worked in a small property agency or consultancy before, picking up a bit of everything rather than specialising narrowly.

This isn't about big ideas or brand strategy, at least not at first. It's about calm, confident delivery. You listen, you figure things out, and if something can't be done, you say so and give an honest timeline. Over time, as you settle in, there's real scope to get more involved in concept work too.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Do well here, and there's real room to grow. This role could evolve into owning delivery across the studio, not just your own projects.

You will:

  • Take an approved design direction and build out a full website, page by page, across desktop and mobile
  • Create supporting visuals as needed, such as maps, diagrams and icon sets, tailored to each project
  • Build digital assets, including interactive PDFs, from clear briefs
  • Own print projects end to end, such as annual reports, including image selection, infographics and layout, following established brand guidelines
  • Coordinate photography and imagery, with a real eye for a good crop and selection
  • Set up and send email campaigns, testing links and RSVPs properly
  • Join project meetings when needed and turn feedback into clear next steps
  • Work with our Creative Director on the work itself, and our Operations Manager on deadlines and delivery
