Brand Director – South (Multi-Site Leadership Role)
Location: South of England (regional travel required)
Salary: Competitive / Negotiable depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Brand Director to lead and develop multiple businesses across the South. This is a senior leadership role working closely with the Operations Director, with full accountability for operational performance, brand growth, and service excellence across a portfolio of services.
About the Role
As Brand Director, you will provide both strategic direction and hands-on leadership across several sites, ensuring high-quality, compliant services while driving commercial growth and strengthening market presence.
You will oversee all aspects of performance including people, governance, finance, and business development—translating organisational strategy into tangible results.

Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Maintain full accountability for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee risk management, safeguarding, and data protection standards
- Ensure robust governance frameworks and continuous service improvement
Financial & Commercial Performance
- Drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost control across all sites
- Monitor KPIs, utilisation, and operational efficiency
- Partner effectively with finance and senior stakeholders to manage risk and growth
Brand, Growth & External Relationships
- Promote and grow the brand across the North region
- Build strong relationships with key referrers, partners, and stakeholders
- Support business development activity and identify new growth opportunities
People Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning
About You
- Proven senior leadership experience across multiple sites or business units
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth
- Experience in operational leadership within case management, healthcare, or a regulated environment
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and change management
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualification with relevant professional experience
