Brand Director - Premium Watch Brand
Location: UK
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the UK & Ireland business for one of the world's most recognised watch brands. With a significant global footprint and high-volume sales across retail and wholesale, this role offers the chance to shape commercial strategy and drive continued growth within an established international business.
About the Role
You'll take full ownership of the UK operation, leading:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Customer care
- Commercial performance
with close collaboration with global headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role, encompassing:

Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven leadership experience across both retail and wholesale sales
- A background in watches is highly desirable; experience in premium jewellery, luxury retail or consumer brands will also be considered
- Experience managing a high-volume, internationally recognised brand
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L ownership
- A track record of:
- Growing sales
- Building strategic partnerships
- Leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Location & Work Arrangement
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with an expectation to:
- Spend two days per week at the London headquarters
- Devote the remaining time visiting:
- Customers
- Partners
- Retail locations across UK & Ireland
