Brand Director
Brand Director – Case Management Service
Since 1998, ACM (Active Care Group) have been committed to creating tailored solutions for people affected by injury or illness. We provide expertise to help clients maximise their potential and adapt to their circumstances.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Director to lead our Case Management service. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for delivering strategic growth, operational excellence, and high-quality, compliant care across the brand.
You will take full accountability for performance, governance, financial delivery, and people leadership, ensuring the service operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of care. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape the service’s future direction and strengthen our market position.
Working Arrangements Below are our standard 37.5-hour working hours, but flexible arrangements are possible if tailored to the needs of the service.
- Monday to Friday (Hybrid)
- Office location: Newmarket
- Option for home working on rotating days
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Provide full oversight of service operations, including quality, governance, recruitment, and performance.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure alignment with organisational goals, values, and growth ambitions.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Lead on clinical and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Identify and mitigate risk across clinical, financial, and operational areas.
- Maintain robust safeguarding, data protection, and quality assurance systems.

Financial & Commercial Accountability
- Take ownership of financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimise efficiency and manage risk.
- Monitor utilisation, profitability, and service delivery performance.
Brand Growth & External Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong referrer and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive business development and expand referral pipelines.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and lead brand promotion activities.
People Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Promote positive, inclusive, and high-accountability culture.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Oversee implementation and optimisation of business systems.
- Ensure effective use of data to drive decision-making and performance.
About You
Experience & Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a management, professional, or clinical discipline.
- Demonstrate leadership experience within case management or a related sector.
- Exhibit strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive business performance.
- Possess established people leadership and relationship management skills.
- Have experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and service evaluation to ensure continuous improvement.
