Brand Educator & Trainer

Beauty Trainer – London Bridge Training Facility

Company: Germaine de Capuccini (Part of GDC Beauty Group)

We are a world-leading skincare specialist, loved in over 85 countries for our luxurious treatment journeys and powerful products. We combine cutting-edge skincare with professional beauty rituals.

We are expanding our UK training team and are now recruiting a passionate Beauty Trainer to be based at our London Bridge Training Facility, with additional responsibilities to deliver training across partner spas in the south and Midlands regions.

Salary Range

£37,000–£39,000 per annum


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Mastery & Training Delivery

    • Develop a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand, its rituals, and skincare philosophy.
    • Deliver high-quality training across London and regional partners, ensuring consistent brand knowledge and techniques are applied by staff and businesses.
    • Actively promote sales techniques during all training courses to drive revenue.
  • Teaching & Communication

    • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and cultural nuances across varied audiences.
    • Present online learning/virtual training and social media content where necessary.
    • Maintain communication with the head trainer at corporate head office to ensure best practice.

  • Designation & Brand Engagement

    • Work closely with the sales team to deliver luxury treatment experiences for prospective clients and accounts.
    • Serve as an ambassador for the global brand, providing treatments to influencers, VIPs, and customers.
  • Operational & Support Roles

    • Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining a daily calendar, expense reports, and training reports after each course.
    • Ensure all treatment hygiene standards are met within the training environment.
    • Be flexible and ready to support varying business needs, including fast-moving spa and beauty industry demands.
    • Present at customer and industry events.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Beauty/Therapy Experience

    • A minimum of 1 year in the Beauty/SPA industry, either as a therapist or trainer.
  • Professional Training Certification

    • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent: City & Guilds) in face and body therapy is essential.
    • Advanced training in aesthetics and electrical beauty treatments required.

  • Education & Training Qualifications

    • NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 Education and Training Certificate is preferred for trainer qualifications.
    • Alternative consideration: NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 (equivalent) with 2 years of industry experience.
  • Additional Requirements

    • Strong retail and client-facing experience.
    • Must hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared for travel, including regular overnight stays.
    • IT proficiency required (Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
