Brand Excellence Coach

Brand Excellence Coach – Exeter Area (12-Month Secondment)

At Costa Coffee, we are what we craft. We’re reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries, as part of the Coca-Cola System. Whether enjoyed in a store, via a machine, at home, or on the go—we’ve got you covered.

The purpose of this individual contributor/secondment role is to:

  • Ensure Costa brand standards are implemented and maintained across all served and self-served platforms
  • Identify potential performance gaps and enable effective training solutions

About the Role

Our teams drive innovation and success—whether it’s pioneering new brewing technology, inspiring team growth, launching award-winning campaigns, or developing cutting-edge menu items. Yet being a global brand doesn’t mean forgetting our roots. As a Brand Excellence Coach, you’ll play a key part in elevating our brand through team development, coaching, and operational excellence.

Our teams may offer a global experience startlingly like home: service and fresh coffee from a long-standing family brand. The Costa Foundation and our community priorities reflect this commitment to making a difference. Whether you’re supporting coffee-growing communities or your lokal area, you contribute to real social impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
