Brand Executive – Permanent (Hybrid: 2 Days On-Site)
Role Overview
Location: London Bridge (Hybrid – 2 days per week in-office at Haig House) Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time, 35 hours/week) Salary: £34,162 per annum (including London Supplement)
This is the ideal role for someone with a keen eye for detail, passion for brand consistency, and the ability to balance creativity with precision. As Brand Executive at Royal British Legion (RBL), you’ll play a vital role in shaping one of the UK’s most recognisable charity brands—ensuring every campaign, touchpoint, and initiative aligns with the organisation’s values and resonates with audiences across multiple channels.

- Support the design, development, and delivery of campaigns, creative projects, and brand initiatives
- Ensure consistency, engagement, and tone across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams (from marketing to communications) and external stakeholders
- Manage brand assets, toolkits, and creative workflows to maintain high standards
- Monitor creative outputs to align with RBL’s brand guidelines and messaging
- Research and identify audiences and channels for maximum impact
- Contribute to brand strategy and governance processes
- Support the development of content that reflects RBL’s purpose

Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in brand management, creative development, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and design principles
- Familiarity with managing brand assets, workflows, and creative tools
- Confidence working with multidirectional stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills to balance multiple projects efficiently
- Background in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
- Passionate about building strong, meaningful connections through brand messaging
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working in not-for-profit or charity sectors
- Knowledge of the military or veteran communities
- Creativity with engaging content production
- Familiarity with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems
- Experience with UK-wide campaigns or digital-first brand strategies
