Job Description
Brand Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Location status: Hybrid Working
Location: Victory House, Brighton
Role Type: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Shift pattern: Full time – 35 hours

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused Brand Executive to help bring the Bupa Global brand to life as we continue to grow our business. Sitting within the Marketing Strategy and Comms team, this role supports the development and delivery of brand activity across multiple markets in which we operate.
You’ll help ensure our brand is consistently represented, engaging and aligned to our purpose, and supporting our shift from healthcare insurer to trusted healthcare partner.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is a proactive team player, who enjoys both creative thinking and delivery, and is keen to develop their experience in brand and campaigns in a global and fast environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across channels (digital, social, web, events and paid media)
- Help bring campaigns to life across markets, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice and customer experience
- Support development of brand positioning and content aligned to our healthcare partner narrative
- Contribute to creative development and help build internal engagement around campaigns
- Support the development of co‑branded marketing materials in collaboration with regional marketing colleagues and partner organisations, ensuring brand consistency, supporting joint marketing initiatives and commercial outcomes
- Support alignment of timelines and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives
- Support review and approval of brand materials, recommending improvements where needed
- Work with Marketing, Studio and Compliance teams to meet brand and regulatory standards
- Support brand protection processes, including legal checks, permissions and infringement management
- Build effective relationships across marketing, product and regional teams
- Support coordination of brand activity across multiple markets
- Work with agencies and suppliers to ensure correct use of brand assets and timely delivery
- Support coordination and delivery of brand projects and initiatives
- Manage brand assets including imagery and content libraries
- Support internal brand communications, engagement and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a brand, marketing or content role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- High attention to detail and understanding of brand consistency
- Confident working with stakeholders and building relationships
- Experience reviewing creative assets with a strong eye for quality
- Experience in a global or multi-market environment
- Interest in campaign performance and data-driven marketing
- Experience working with design or creative teams
