About the Role: Brand Experience & Activation Manager

This is a newly created, full-time office role (Monday–Friday), where you’ll shape and scale Sisters & Seekers’ experiential marketing strategy.

You’ll design and deliver engaging brand activations, pop-ups, events, and partnerships to expand beyond digital channels, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and loyalty. Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Social teams to ensure every initiative aligns with commercial goals while fostering meaningful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage high-impact brand activations, pop-ups, events, and partnership strategies—directly contributing to business growth.
  • Act as budget, supplier & project manager, overseeing logistics to deliver activities on time and within financial constraints.
  • Track performance, ROI, and customer insights, optimising future activations for greater impact.
  • Account for customer experience metrics, NPS scores, and measurable CRM acquisition growth.

Measures of Success

✅ Growth in brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition via activations. ✅ Budgets respected; schedules followed; performance goals met. ✅ Negative/positive ROI achieved with high NPS scores and strengthened customer relationships.

✔ Proven expertise in brand activation, experiential marketing, events, or partnerships, ideally at an ecommerce or consumer-focused brand. ✔ Exceptional project & budget management, with strong stakeholder collaboration skills. ✔ A commercially-minded, creative, and results-driven attitude—awarding brand engagement with tangible business outcomes.
