Brand Governance – Senior Associate (12 months FTC)

About The Role

PwC’s UK Brand team is part of the wider Marketing function, working alongside Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, Content, and Brand Experiences. The team’s remit extends across the business, ensuring a consistent and exceptional brand experience for clients, employees, and communities. As one of PwC’s most valuable global assets, the brand plays a key role in supporting the firm’s purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems, while bringing its global strategy, Catalyst for Momentum, to life.

The Brand team leads brand strategy, creative activation, sponsorships, experiences, governance, and brand management. This role focuses primarily on brand management and governance, helping to maintain brand consistency, support best-practice implementation, and guide colleagues in applying brand standards across a wide range of touchpoints. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in B2B branding within a leading professional services firm.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
