About The Role

The Brand Insights Manager has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high-service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, the Brand Insights Manager will build and own customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner for our customers to provide data driven recommendations and support their initiatives to drive their marketing and communication strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand customers' marketing and communication goals to precisely scope their needs and priorities in terms of strategy and measurement.
  • Be accountable for its customers portfolio, report on customer accounts’ health and join regular account reviews with clients to ensure regular communication around priorities, reporting, data, needs, and ultimately ensure renewals.
  • Ensure that appropriate client contacts, documentation, reviews, reports, and risk are added to Salesforce and are kept up-to-date regularly.
  • Make sure to deliver customers’ reports & analysis on time, responsible for customers training and proactively communicate on product improvements, data update, etc.
  • Collect customer needs and share feedback around new KPIs and measurement analyses to internal teams, piloting new developments alongside customers.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell. Nurture them through handover to the sales team, and support the pre-sales process as a data and consulting expert.
  • Be an expert on platform functions and data to become a strategic advisor for clients, continuously driving value and ROI- connecting their goals to outcomes and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customer teams.
  • Identify trends and patterns in datasets to build detailed and insightful reports, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analyses to make recommendations around brand performance.
  • Present actionable reports to customers, acting as a thought leader to make recommendations around their brand performance.
  • Be an expert and evangelist of Launchmetrics’ unique measurement methodology.

About You

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 5 years experience with data analytics and management
  • Intermediate Excel skills and appetite for analysis and writing data-driven insights
  • Confident in leading presentations through storytelling to customers, engaging across different levels of their organization
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of team members at different levels
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to adapt to complex and changing environments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to understand customers’ business challenges and needs
  • Demonstrates innate curiosity and enthusiasm for doing new things in new ways
  • Deals with issues constructively, seeking effective resolution and swift decision making
  • Perceptive and sensitive to the needs and motivations of others

New York Based Applicants: The compensation range for this position is $70,000 – $75,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and other business considerations.
