Brand Manager / Associate Brand Manager

UK | Fully Remote

We're partnering with a fast-growing specialist pharmaceutical company that's become a major commercial success within its international group. With ambitious growth plans, an expanding portfolio and exciting new product opportunities on the horizon, it's an exciting time to join the business.

The UK team is small, collaborative and high performing, offering the chance to make a genuine impact while working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Medical and Regulatory.

The Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into Brand Management or for an experienced Brand Manager who enjoys working in a broad, hands-on role.

You'll gain exposure across the full marketing mix, taking ownership of tactical delivery while contributing to brand planning, commercial performance and future growth initiatives. Working within a lean team means you'll have real visibility, autonomy and the opportunity to develop quickly.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting brand strategy and annual planning
  • Delivering multichannel marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Managing promotional materials through Veeva PromoMats
  • Working with external agencies to develop marketing materials
  • Supporting webinars, medical education initiatives, congresses and events
  • Partnering with Sales, Medical and Regulatory teams
  • Monitoring campaign performance, budgets and commercial KPIs
  • Providing marketing support to the field sales team

What We're Looking For

We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including:

  • Pharmaceutical Marketing Executives or Marketing Coordinators ready to step into Brand Management
  • Pharma Associate Brand Managers seeking greater ownership
  • Pharma Brand Managers who enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment

You'll ideally have:

  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Knowledge of the ABPI Code
  • Experience using Veeva PromoMats or a similar approval system
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
