Are you a creative, commercially astute Brand Manager?
My client is a premium beauty brand with a cult-like following - the No.1 in their category in the UK, culturally relevant and in their prime, now expanding globally. Backed by a fantastic senior leadership team with infectious passion and energy, they're looking to recruit a Brand Manager
Responsibilities
- Identifying and driving opportunities for brand growth through marketing, NPD launches and trade accounts
- Annual brand planning using competitor insight, market trends and in-depth product and customer knowledge
- Ownership of pricing strategy and 360 campaigns, managing brand budgets
- Campaign and channel management, project managing creative delivery via the creative, copy and design teams.
- Working with NPD to help shape new products – providing insight on competitor products, customer feedback from social and customer service channels, and innovation in terms of what would drive brand differentiation through new launches.

- Proven experience within retail and brand marketing.
- Track record in delivering exceptional results through brand and product launches using the full marketing mix including paid, owned and earned
- Commercial Acumen, understanding business fundamentals and how to build plans to deliver commercial goals.
- Excellent relationship management across network of brands and stakeholders (internal and external), and agency partners
