Are you ready to step into a role where you’ll be part of a close-knit team, supported to grow, and valued for the difference you make?

Our client is a well-established, SME pharmaceutical company with a strong reputation for quality, integrity and long-term thinking. The business is genuinely people-focused, offering a collaborative culture where relationships matter, ideas are welcomed and individuals are encouraged to build lasting careers rather than just take the next step.

The business is now looking to appoint an experienced Brand Manager to take full ownership of a UK product portfolio and play a pivotal role in shaping brand strategy, driving performance and ensuring excellence in execution.

Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you’ll develop and implement UK brand plans aligned with global strategy, lead multi-channel campaigns and manage launches and lifecycle activities for key products.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Medical, Business Insights and Public Affairs, acting as a brand champion and first point of contact for the field team. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise brand performance through KPIs and ROI analysis.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The successful candidate will support product training and contribute to building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.

To be considered you must have experience in pharmaceutical marketing or brand management. This would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You’ll be commercially astute, organised and proactive, with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and the ABPI Code. An ABPI qualification is highly desirable.

Our client will consider someone with solid experience as an Associate Brand Manager who is looking for that next step in their career.

In return, you’ll join a business that genuinely invests in its people, offers long-term career development and values contribution, accountability and respect. You’ll be given autonomy, support and the opportunity to make a visible impact to the business.
